Wild Alaska blueberries, lightly sweetened with sugar and wildflower honey, are used to make a delicious jam. Organic lemon and orange complement the berries nicely.
Our wild blueberries are hand harvested in late summer, primarily in Southcentral Alaska. This intensely flavorful and nutritious jam contains 60% berries and is lightly sweetened with sugar and Alaska wildflower honey.
Contains organic lemon juice and orange zest, citric acid and Pomona’s low-sugar pectin as needed.
