Homer Whales are unique soft-form toys individually hand made by Abigail Kokai in Homer, Alaska. A good friend gave her some denim jeans to repurpose, and she drafted up some patterns in a range of sizes and started making the denim whale toys and Homer Whales was born.
This “Small Orca” is approximately 12 inches and 11 inched long. The “Medium Orca” is approximately 24″ long from nose to tail and 9.5″ wide across the body
It is made from locally-sourced, repurposed garments including denim, pants, plaid shirts, other garment items, and remnant fabric from a local outdoor textiles manufacturer. The stuffing is all new polyester fiberfill. Machine-washable with consideration to fabric, as some items may include leather, wool, or silk. No removable parts, safe for all ages.
